Update 6/24/25
Took my Ford in for service and received a call from Bobby just now. In 2 years I have only put on 9,000 miles but the sunroof popped open and would not close. When they called me this unit had a laundry list including rear shocks, top motor mount, peeling door trim, brake flush, coolant flush, 4 wheel alignment, wipers and 2 tires. So I asked does the extended warranty cover anything and he told me that it expired on May 25th. I never recieved any paperwork from Clark the finance guy on how long the warranty lasted but I was told it expires at 91,000. I was never told it expired on May 25th. So I am not very happy with this development.
John Panameno or JP for short. What a guy he is not a salesman he is THE Salesman!! Stuck with me through the whole process and I ended up in a vehicle even nicer than what I thought! Mr. Clark the finance manager gave me good deal and some good advice. I mean the two of these guys, if you threw em both up in the air, they would turn into Sunshine!! Could not be any happier with my Ford Explorer!! Go on in and talk to my guys I am sure they can help you too! Tell them Adrian sent you!!

If you are stumped about what kind of car to get, I highly recommend you see Michael Taylor at Tommie Vaughn Ford. I spent the better part of a month trying to downsize from a Honda Pilot, and yet accommodate three young grandchildren in the second-row.
