I woke up to a dead battery in my 2022 Mustang this past morning. I called to request mobile service at my home and the work was completed within two hours of my call. Tommie Vaughn’s staff called me back immediately to schedule everything.

Bought a new truck. Process was very calm and relaxed. AJ answered all questions effectively including follow-ups via text. Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. Appreciated the lack of usual sales tactics and that AJ listened to our comments and questions then intereacted off of those rather than a set script.

This was the quickest experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. Paperwork quick. Financing was quick and easy. I think i was in and out driving the new car in about 2 hours.

Update 8/11/25 Had previously taken my Ford in to repair the sunroof, which had stuck open. Well unfortunately it rained and the interior got wet. So when they brought it back to me it smelled horribly. I tried using Odoban which did nothing. I called Bobby Harrel and he told me to bring it back and I did. He put it in for a detail and now the smell has gone. Good job!! John Panameno or JP for short. What a guy he is not a salesman he is THE Salesman!! Stuck with me through the whole process and I ended up in a vehicle even nicer than what I thought! Mr. Clark the finance manager gave me good deal and some good advice. I mean the two of these guys, if you threw em both up in the air, they would turn into Sunshine!! Could not be any happier with my Ford Explorer!! A freak accident a month ago left me unexpectedly shopping for a new vehicle. Needless to say this frustrating experience left me with little tolerance for pushy sales tactics or deceptive marketing. Got my explorer from here for a great value and experienced great service in the process. Only had to come back for one recall maintenance for which they shuttled me back and forth to where I needed to be while my car was being serviced, they even dropped it off to me after too.
