I just want to say something that it was so very nice to be treated like a personal friend at Tommy Vaughn Ford the past couple of days during our purchasing experience. First off our sale representative Jason Wailes was absolutely friendly and straight forward all the way. From reaching out to him on FB and his prompt response to answering questions so openly and honestly, no matter the outcome of the discussion or question. When he tells you he will go to work for you it's not just words it's facts. He goes to bat telling them what you need and what you can do to be able to complete a purchase. His prompt response to any concerns you have is something that is very refreshing now days. Its not just about a sale it's about taking care of a future customer and honestly a friend in the auto industry. Then as for the sales staff from Jason Wailes our sales associate to the sales manager Duck for not stacking fees on us and listening to what we were trying to get done. To the finance specialist Mr Nick Herron who said I can make that happen for you financially and then doing with room to spare, not past that saying I got you close to the number you needed.
