Ford Offering Assistance to Customers
To help its customers during the COVID-19 outbreak, Ford is offering a number of assistance programs and donating to charity groups. Ford Credit is offering both assistance to those affected by COVID-19, and offering no payments for new vehicles for 90 days.
“Ford is committed to lending a hand to the people who rely on us,” said Mark LaNeve of Ford Motor Company. “The peace of mind of our Ford and Lincoln customers is our top priority as we work through the developments of this outbreak.”
In the past, Ford Credit has helped out its customers during local and federal disasters, and right now they are offering the same assistance. If you have purchased or leased a Ford vehicle and are having difficulty making your payments please contact Ford Credit to discuss options for delaying payments or changing due dates.
Our customers can access their Account Manager profile either online at accountmanager.ford.com or through the FordPass app. You can also call a special hotline – 1-800-723-4016 – to discuss your options.
The Ford Motor Company Fund has also donated over half a million dollars to local charities in Michigan to help deliver food to senior citizens and children who do not have easy access to food at this time. Ford is also working with GE Healthcare to produce ventilators for COVID-19 patients suffering respiratory issues.
